Program Overview
We have built a great neighborhood program offering after school options, camps and classes and now we are ready to offer a neighborhood travel team!
Our new travel team program for ages 6-11 offers a unique, competitive soccer environment that prioritizes fun and positivity.
Our goal is to create highly technical, skillful, and creative soccer players.
We believe in a holistic approach that balances athletic development with personal growth.
Our players learn the importance of teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, ensuring they grow into well-rounded individuals who excel on the field and in their personal lives.
* Our team practices will be on cement soccer fields instead of the typical turf or grass fields due to field limitations within our community.
Travel Team Programs
Pre-Travel
U7 | Players born in 2018
Format - 3v3 & 4v4
Intramural play only
At these ages, players are exploring their interest for the sport. Our U7 Pre-Travel Team introduces young players to soccer fundamentals in a fun environment. We focus on basic skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting through small-sided games (3v3, 4v4). This stage fosters a love for the game while developing motor skills, coordination, and basic game understanding.
U8 Travel Team
Players born in 2017
Format - 4v4 League Play
The U8 Travel Team builds on foundational skills, introducing structured team play and competition. Players learn positioning, teamwork, and basic tactics through small-sided games (4v4). Our focus is on individual skill development and fostering confidence and passion for soccer.
Players are introduced to league play vs other clubs in nyc.
U9-U11 Travel Team
Players born in 2016-2014
Format - 7v7-9v9
Our focus is on developing player's technical and tactical skills but also emphasize the importance of playing as a team.
During these ages, young kids are starting to refine their skills and gain a deeper understanding of the game.
Players play 7v7 or 9v9 against other clubs in nyc.
