U7 Pre-Travel Soccer Team
Program Description
At these ages, players are exploring their interest for the sport and learning how to control their bodies.
Practices will be fun and focused on the fundamentals. Building a solid foundation for their soccer journey.
We focus on basic skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting through small-sided games (3v3, 4v4).
This stage fosters a love for the game while developing motor skills, coordination, and basic game understanding.
Age Group
- U7 - Players Born in 2018
Fall & Spring Schedule
- Wednesdays & Fridays from 4-5:30pm
- At Taaffe Playground on Taaffe between Myrtle & Park Ave
- In-house games in Park Slope on Sundays
Winter Schedule
- Wednesdays & Fridays from 4-5:30pm
- At Siloam Presbyterian Church on Jefferson & Marcy Ave
- In-house games at SIloam Presbyterian Church on Saturdays
Commitment
- This is a 10 month commitment from September-June
Registration Fee
- $1,800 for the season plus uniforms
- Uniform fees vary between $250-$400 and uniforms need to be bought once every two years. Players are required to purchase 2 game jerseys, 1 practice jersey, 2 shorts, 2 socks, 1 training pant, 1 training jacket, 1 team backpack
